  • Unopened Products: If you'd like to return unopened, unused products for any other reason, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the product cost, excluding shipping, VAT, and duties. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please submit your cancellation request before the next billing date.
